welcome
Hi, I'm Lauren
I provide personalized support to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. Symptoms for these two areas involve excessive worrying, overthinking, hesitancy to take action, and/or low energy, among others. The main frameworks I use are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide support in both English and in French.

In our sessions, we collaboratively explore strategies to manage and alleviate symptoms, fostering resilience and promoting a sense of well-being.
I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic space where you can express yourself openly, working together to empower you on your journey towards improved mental health and a more fulfilling life. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you in navigating the path toward positive change.

Action Plan
The initial consultation will focus on your health history, current symptoms, and goals for our sessions together in order to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Treatment includes ongoing talk therapy and the application of evidence-based interventions to help you meet your goals. Frequency of sessions will depend on your individual needs.
Creating an action plan, or between-session tasks, can help you reinforce what you've learned in sessions and apply it to your daily life, leading to better treatment outcomes.
